Uxbridge

Designed and built in 2004 this active/passive solar 2000 sq. ft.
bungalow utilizes the hot air from under the black metal roof to
heat the six inch concrete and ten inch gravel thermal mass under
the floor. The sun provides over 50% of the heat and during the
summer the thermal mass of the floor moderates the temperature
between day and night.
